Can I cancel or reschedule?
You can definitely cancel or reschedule your appointment. But if it is canceled / rescheduled in less than 24 hours, you need to pay the service fee for the time spent by the master. We lose the time that could have been taken by another person.
What is the lateness policy?
We understand that unexpected things can happen. Generally, a delay of up to 6–7 minutes is acceptable, depending on the complexity of the haircut.
