You can definitely cancel or reschedule your appointment. But if it is canceled / rescheduled in less than 24 hours, you need to pay the service fee for the time spent by the master. We lose the time that could have been taken by another person.

We understand that unexpected things can happen. Generally, a delay of up to 6–7 minutes is acceptable, depending on the complexity of the haircut. In case of a longer delay, the appointment will be canceled and the full price of the service will be charged. Thank you for your understanding and respect for everyone’s time.
